postgraduate studies

I've always been interested in Chemistry, and a couple of years ago i realized that in the pharmacy industry it's the most interesting aspect for me, so i decided to study change my current engineering career to chemistry and pharmacy

For my postgraduate studies i'd like to get a Master of Chem Sciences on the university of Chile because i like how the university it's set up and the way they work it professional
i want to study...
i'd prefer to study alone, but work on a team. i'd like to be a part of a research team
i think it's a very good idea dot students to...

My future job

Have you ever wondered how much work was done behind every drug you take or medicine that treats people? I’ve always wondered how amazing those people are.
If I were to stay on a job forever I think I would choose researching for new drugs as a career. As a pharmacy student that’s not very good at chemistry yet. I think that the mere idea of getting paid for investigation as a job it’s cool and enjoyable.
It’s clearly an indoors job and I’m comfortable working with computer. You only get to travel to get your investigation further. I mean, you meet a lot of people on similar fields as yours at symposiums; if you don’t think that’s cool we can’t be friends.
Being honest I know it’s a tedious job, you spend most of your time imagining molecules or formulating compounds. Not experimenting on a lab. It’s a matter of trial an error, but the fact that you are creating something that can help people around the globe to feel better or improve their lives, I think it’s fascinating.
As almost every research job, you only get paid a lot if you are lucky to get a patent out and its super time consuming. Those computer Inputs won’t do themselves.

Through the time the people has feared dying, but it's not in human nature to just surrender in front of any kind sickness. Through history almost any culture has developed some sort of pharmacy. The goal was always the same “make the people feel good and keep them alive”; first it was a mixture of science and religion. The priests were also the medics and they prepared the drugs or medicines.
However around the 17th century the practice of medicine and pharmacy were separated, this evolved in a more regulated practice in the industry, it was easier to control the drugs that were fabricated and they had better quality.
In the modern times, with the advances in Chemistry, Pharmacy has reached a point where the research can produce DNA vaccines, but the final goal it’s the same as it was on ancient times, to keep people alive and make them feel good.

-Historical points were pharmacy was changed forever
-It’s regulated, only pharmacist can supply medicines or drugs
-Good thing because it's more regulated
